Written over the course of the summer and fall of 2015 and recorded during the following winter, Contigo (Sin Ti) shows Golf of Mexico bring it to the next level. With this piece, GOM aims to prove their worth, and with each member showing off improved musicianship and writing chops, they do just that. Incorporating a wide variety of genres from Indie Jazz (Without You) to Latin (Salami Mommy) to sun bleached Alternative Rock (Goodbye Ethan), all while still maintaining their characteristic surfy sound, GOM brings you in and takes you on a packed journey through their musical influences with their third and most versatile work. Tested through a series of legendary concerts at the Goo Lagoon venue, each song stands strong on its own. But together, they form a fluid, developing musical experience.
